Eugene Field Elementary kicked off the new school year August 5th, 2009. Enrollment is over 400 and the staff and students are super-excited! We are looking forward to great things in 2009-2010.

In partnership with The Harvest and Wal-Mart, the Eugene Field Foundation was able to give every student at Eugene Field Elementary a brand new winter coat. Parents and students were thrilled and the coats came just in time for Tulsa’s latest Wintery Ice Storm!

2008 Hooded Sweathshirt Drive02 Dec
Coming up Thursday, December 4, 2008 …
With the help and coordinating efforts of Steve Davis at Burlington Northern Sante Fe Railroad, all 380 Eugene Field Students and Staff will be recieving an early Christmas gift this year. Mr. Davis helped raise over $5,000 so everyone could recieve a Eugene Field hooded sweatshirt to stay warm this holiday season. Thanks Steve!!! It will be a great surprise!

FUMC Members Step up to the Challenge02 Dec
At the Annual Eugene Field Elementary Day at First United Methodist Church in Tulsa, OK, members and staff alike were challenged to become mentors to the 300+ students in need of a positive and consistent role model.
The response…INCREDIBLE!
Over 100 individuals, including Pastor Wade Paschal, signed up to spend some quality time with an EF student once a week on campus. The smiles and rising test scores are everywhere while behaviorial problems are becoming less frequent every day. What a blessing to have committed Volunteers!
